Has anyone ever had a CD or DVD resurfaced by a video rental place like Hollywood or Blockbuster?
I have some TV boxed sets that I watch quite frequently and while I am careful as I can with all my CDs and DVDs, I have had stuff become scratched in the past just from heavy use. If one of the disks in the boxed sets were to be scratched I’d have to buy the entire season again if I couldn’t get it resurfaced. How much did the video store charge you?

How do you convert a windows movie maker presentation to a windows live movie maker presentation?
So I have a project due at school and I made a presentation on windows movie maker because my computer runs windows xp. When I take it to school, it tells me it isn’t compatable with windows live movie maker because they run windows 7. I guess these are two different programs so is there any way to convert my windows movie maker to a windows live movie maker?

Who thinks that iTunes movie rentals are the worst idea Apple ever made?
Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s a great concept. But now that all these movies are being changed from purchases to rentals, I’m starting to get ticked off at Apple. First of all, they don’t give you a decision between renting and buying movies (which they should do). I know that a few movies on iTunes do have this option (like Ratatouille), but for some new releases (like The Simpsons Movie) you can forget about it.
Second, movies previously available for purchase are now becoming rentals. I admit that – is a little pricey for an iTunes movie, but it’s much cheaper than buying a movie at Wal Mart (with tax) or any brick and mortar movie store.
What’s your opinion? Thanks, your answers are always appreciated!
