Woke Up Alive is an award-winning documentary that offers a different look at the diverse people and places of Israel through one filmmaker’s non-political journey across this controversial land. Common humanity, objectivity and nature are the universal themes of this refreshing and mystical story of hope from the Holy Land.

Good Movie. War is sad, and there has been one too many innocent people that lost their lives from both sides. After seeing the victims in Gaza strip, where over 1400 people lost their lives (most were under the age of 18), they don’t have shelters, they don’t have any where to go, and every single resource (water, electric, food, medicine, and much more) is being controlled by Israel it really is heartbreaking. I hope I’ll get to live long enough to see both sides finally join in peace

@shmo982 @shmo982 It might surprise you to know that there is a brand new shopping mall in Gaza, as well as an olympic-sized swimming pool and four-star hotels and restaurants. The shops are filled with food. Hundreds of trucks filled with supplies are brought to Gaza every single day. Find out the truth.

one second his a terrorists with an AK47′ and one second later after he dropped the gun his a citizen…. common. do be fulled by those numbers
israel gives them electricity, water, and food “on the house”
if you ask me they shuldnt. but egept won’t do it, so..

Anavengertg says
@saul200 And maybe you want the world to get a different picture where Israel isn’t the terrorist. Also collecting bills from the Gaza settlement in the middle of the night. All the brutal beatings of civilians and shooting random people with rubber bullets that explode. Just maybe…

Respond to this video…If you drop by the Roots Club in Gaza, according to the Lonely Planet guidebook for Gaza and the West Bank, you can “dine on steak au poivre and chicken cordon bleu”.
And here it is in English, for all the journalists, UN types and NGO staff who regularly frequent this and other nice Gaza restaurants (but don’t tell their readers about them).
