How do I start up my own DVD rental box?

In my town blockbuster and Hollywood video have a month left before both of them close so that leaves only red boxes and privately owned DVD rental boxes they are very popular in my town they are actually the reason why our two video stores are going out of Business because they are so popular, and I was wondering what it would take to start up one, how would I do it, who would I do it through, and how much is it?
