Credit to: www.thatguywiththeglasses.com For all the videos and brand new ones. **** Please read this **** This is not made by me. In one of the first EVER Nostalgia Critics, the NC reviews the trailer for Cloverfield. Please note, this review was made in 2007, BEFORE Cloverfield came out, or even had an offical name, so dont bother posting things like “OMG, THE FILM WAS CALLED CLOVERFIELD” because when this was made, the name wasn’t offical and the moster hadn’t been seen. Its a testiment to how stupid certain people on youtube are, that a message like this needs to be posted. Credit to: www.thatguywiththeglasses.com

Only the Critic can review a trailer and make it awesome

Dude, everyone knows that Giant Robot Lava Jesus is where it’s at
PUNISHERX666 says
I’d laugh if the monster turned out to be George, Lizzy and Ralph from RAMPAGE. XD
Mw2Ghost96 says
A giant robotic Donkey Kong Jesus riding a puff of smoke… xD
TearsofWolves says
Maybe it’s a giant robotic Donkey Kong Jesus riding a puff of smoke! …Holy fuck that’d be cool!

Alright Nostalgia Critic(if that’s what your name really is), although i usually agree with you, i’m going against you here. The Cloverfield trailer was a movie trailer done right. You see the trailer for Alien? Now that was awesome. So much suspense, you don’t know what the fuck it is that was in that egg, Ridley didn’t let anything about the movie out. This is the good shit, the real deal. Although the idea was basically stolen for this movie, it didn’t give much away like most trailers do now
IzziBella234 says
I’ve seen the movie. I don’t know whether I was drinking or not.

Oh God, I totally lost it.

The thing about Cloverfield that really bugged me was how the trailer was awesome, but the movie was a huge piece of shit. -_-
TheGodKingOfMusic says
@MissRandomIsRandom really? i thought the movie was pretty good.

@TheGodKingOfMusic
Okay, I’ll admit that the first time I saw it as with the RiffTrax. Considering that it’s RiffTrax, they make EVERY movie they riff on seem pretty crappy just because their comments are so hilarious. Then again, the camera angles in Cloverfield got pretty annoying, so that was it’s downfall for me.
In other words, the actual movie could’ve been better.

@PUNISHERX666 Ok that would work.

The irony in all this…it was called Cloverfield.
randomandproudqueen says
@PresidentP It would have been even better if it was Giant Robotic Donkey Kong Jesus riding a puff of smoke! I’d pay good money to see that….or just watch it fight Super Mecha Death Christ on the TGWTG brawl XD
a45027 says
@georgegamewatch LOL, me too, man! I just thought that in the 2012 remake, he would chop off the head of the statue, whip half of the chrysler building, burn the Empire State Building, AND fight a monster! All that in 3D! Even though I don’t like 3D, that would be a cool experience in theaters!
Ellis335 says
why the fuck would this guy think that donkey kong would appear in this movie? he is a nintendo character! besides, he can’t possibly be that strong enough to throw a head of a fucking statue of liberty.
Noble695 says
I wonder what he said when he found out that Cloverfield was the mame
