Would you be able to send me the file of the video so I can add subtitles in English and Spanish? Thank you!

You don’t need translation to know what is going on in this scene, there lies its beauty.

i just saw this movie, and it really is fantastic, this scene in particular got to me emotionally, what is this song called? it’s so beautiful. If you haven’t seen the film, it’s a must see! :D

i agree. i speak french so it wasnt an issue for me, but having to read the subtitles drove my friend crazy!

The best 3 minutes, 23 seconds of any film I have seen this year. It is a crucial moment in the film, ‘Dan Paris,’ and it takes your breath away. If you like this clip, PLEASE see the film ‘Love Songs’ by the same director. It is set it Paris and about half of it is sung in French (with subtitles, of course). I absolutely adore ‘Love Songs.’

well shot? uck, the intro scene was stupid… and so much of the film was devoted to pain… but you are right, it was beautiful in so many scenes, i feel like sad beauty is a bit passe (or should be, at least)

Combien de fois Christophe Honoré a-t-il regardé “les Parapluies de Cherbourg”?? Il s’agît juste d’une question posée de bonne foi, serment de scout!

love this movie and this song.

je dirai surtout : combien de fois Christophe Honoré a-t-il lu Salinger ? Mais quelle belle interprétation de Franny et Zoey, merci C. Honoré

Tout-à-fait! A l’absence de zenkoan près…:-)

@crossingthechannel ya, if this happened in real life, romain would barely have gotten the second line off before she would hang up and call the police
