I’m doing a unit plan that deals with how exploration affected the Native Americans. More specifically, I want to look at the exploration/spread of Europeans within America, the Lewis and Clark Expedition, and the resulting westward expansion through the eyes of Native Americans. I need a movie that deals with this.

There’s Ken Burns’s Lewis & Clark — it’s excellent.
You could view it and mark the places where it specifically talked about their encounters of various kinds with all the different groups they encountered.
It even does some follow-up (Clark’s later job was in "Indian Relations").
Unfortunately, the short story was that they pledged friendship, but later US behavior was brutal. They didn’t mean to lie, but that’s how it seemed on retrospect.
There’s also the arrogance of the notion that WE could buy land that other people had been occupying.
BTW, in the documentary I recommend, they talked to decendents of some of the people Lewis & Clark encountered — good stuff for the Native American POV.

All the movies that were made about Lewis and Clark have been made from the European point of view. You aren’t likely to find one that isn’t completely biased.

tehabwa is right. You can buy it here for $25. I don’t know where else you can find it.

Tehabwa is right, PBS’ documentary on Lewis and Clark is excellent. However, for younger students, you might like these:
Sacagawea – Heroine of the Lewis and Clark Journey (2003)
National Geographic – Lewis & Clark – Great Journey West (2002)
