I need to buy a small (like, 5 inches) LCD screen and don;t know where to look. Is there a good electronic PARTS (not like best buy or something that sells whole, prebuilt electronics stuff) store online? Maybe like radio shack, but cheaper and witha better selection? I also looked at allelectronics but I want to know if there are other alternatives. The parts I need seem to be hard to find, the more options the better.

best all around parts store is Digikey.com. Try their 800 number for free tech support or get their catalog for free as well. They stock everything you can think of and have pretty good tech support for your projects.
we use them all the time at work and have had very good luck. Their catalog not only shows a picture of the products but also gives you a size and all the characteristics of the components. Good luck. I think you will like these guys
