For me, I LOVED the first one. Loved Michael Douglous back as Gekko! They are right, you NEED to see the first one to really enjoy this. I really liked the second one, but doesn’t hold a candle to the first one.

@LightsCameraAaron I HATED the ending though, I was disappointed with the end of “Wall Street 2”. It needed to be darker. Again, I loved the first one, it was dramatic and dark. I agree with TMPC, it needed to follow Gekko more.

Good review. I think the point of the Charlie Sheen cameo was making a point that he knew when to get out of the game(whereas both Gecko and Brolin’s character could not).

I somehow expect to see Shia getting caught up in Gordon’s schemes and realizing it, then running around going, “NononononNONONOONONONONO!!!”

Sorry to say but I perfer, when it was just the one dude doing the reviews, I know the majority like having the other guy around but I really think he takes away from the review.

shia lebouf is an overrated actor he overplays his hand

this movie could be Stone’s opportunity to speak his directorial mind on the economy over the last 2 years.
MaghoxFr says
I haven’t seen the first one but this one was bad. Too much economics talk, shia sucks, Douglas rocks. Inception is longer and felt shorter, this film felt like 4 hours. The ending is pathetic, no matter whaqt point of view I choose to look at it.
creapsmantic says
We want Dr House Hahahahaha
MaghoxFr says
I thought that the ending might be to show how everybody, no matter how different might seem, are the same, they all end up happily ever after once they get the money: the green shia, the hippish gecko daughter…they all forgot about all the shit gecko didi to them once he put the 100 million. Even so, it sucked, Stone has been doing shit for a long time.
