The Last Airbender Movie Trailer

One of Nickelodeon’s biggest shows, with an appeal over an incredibly large cross-section of viewers, was Avatar: The Last Airbender. When you couple a big-name kids’ show with great storytelling and a huge following with the rolling slow-motion train wreck that is M. Night Shyamalan, you get The Last Airbender, coming to theatres July 2010. The Last Airbender will send us out with Aang, the last of the Airbender race and heir to the great legacy of Avatars, masters of all four elements. Aang ventures forth along with some familiar friends to defeat the grasping Fire Nation, masters of the fire element who have conquered most of the planet. Check out the trailer.     5. The WORST film adaptation EVER. Half of the amazing stuff that made Avatar the cartoon so amazing wasn’t even in there. The acting was shitty, the story was nothing like the original one, everything was totally fucked up.
      If the director wanted to do a GOOD movie, he should have followed the actual story instead of changing everything to seem “unique” He totally botched this movie. Fuck you, M. Night Shyamalan. I want money back.

    21. This movie made me depressed. When I heard Shyamalan was in charge of the movie I knew it couldn’t be good. I went in the theater hoping there was something good to be found in it but no. Everything that made me love the TV series just wasn’t anywhere to be found in the film.
