The Tree of Life | New Movie Trailer | 2011 HD+Bluray
The Tree of Life is an upcoming American film written and directed by Terrence Malick starring Brad Pitt and Sean Penn. Plot Details of the plot released by sources involved in the production have been minimal. It is described as a 1950s period piece. The first official description of the film emerged from foreign sales agent Summit Entertainment’s official website on September 21, 2008, in the form of a thematic summary of the film, describing it as the tale of a Texan boy’s journey from the innocence of childhood to his disillusioned adult years as a “lost soul in the modern world”, and his quest to regain meaning in life. An official synopsis was later released at the 2010 American Film Market: From the Desk of Terrence Malick….. We trace the evolution of an eleven-year-old boy in the Midwest, Jack, one of three brothers. At first all seems marvelous to the child. He sees as his mother does with the eyes of his soul. She represents the way of love and mercy, where the father tries to teach his son the world’s way of putting oneself first. Each parent contends for his allegiance, and Jack must reconcile their claims. The picture darkens as he has his first glimpses of sickness, suffering and death. The world, once a thing of glory, becomes a labyrinth. From this story is that of adult Jack, a lost soul in a modern world, seeking to discover amid the changing scenes of time that which does not change: the eternal scheme of which we are a part. When he sees all that has …

Beginners – Official Trailer [HD]
Release Date: June 3, 2011 Genre: Comedy / Drama Cast: Ewan McGregor, Christopher Plummer, Mélanie Laurent, Goran Visnjic Director: Mike Mills Writers: Mike Mills MPAA: R Studio: Plot: From writer/director Mike Mills comes a comedy/drama about how deeply funny and transformative life can be, even at its most serious moments. “Beginners” imaginatively explores the hilarity, confusion, and surprises of love through the evolving consciousness of Oliver (Golden Globe Award nominee Ewan McGregor). Oliver meets the irreverent and unpredictable Anna (Mélanie Laurent of “Inglourious Basterds”) only months after his father Hal (Academy Award nominee Christopher Plummer) has passed away. This new love floods Oliver with memories of his father who — following 44 years of marriage — came out of the closet at age 75 to live a full, energized, and wonderfully tumultuous gay life. The upheavals of Hal’s new honesty, by turns funny and moving, brought father and son closer than they’d ever been able to be. Now Oliver endeavors to love Anna with all the bravery, humor, and hope that his father taught him. Subscribe Now: www.youtube.com
