@TheJuniorAce Just his face expression. And the way the music suddenly got louder. It kind of caught me by surprise, that’s all :)

@Roselize21 How can this movie be the best horror thriller out there…where are the spirits, or arm ripping? this movie could have been the best but for its time…sheez, I think it make me horny instead.

I was 14 years old and “Mr. Tough Guy” when I saw this movie. It scared the hell out of me (& everyone else in the “Fulton Theater” in Jersey City)!! So much for “Mr. Tough Guy”!! Girls were running up the aisle screaming !! Mr. “H” accomplished exactly what he intended. Both Janet Leigh and Anthony Perkins brought us to a potential reality, of which most never believed existed. “Snowman II”

before watching this film, i was scared of horror, mystery, psychological movies because I couldn’t sleep an entire night after that. But Psycho, although recognized the #1 Thrill of all time by AFI, didn’t frighten me that much. I personally expected worse. Hitchcock, as he said himself, sort of “transports” the horror not onto the screen, but into people’s heads and souls, so that they could feel the horror, not see it.That was his master. I felt that suspense, thats probably why I slept well

HAHAHA I just saw a Thats 70s show episode where they were making fun of Alfred Hitchcock movies. It was hilarious!

This is supposed to be the scariest movie ever. Wanna watch it so bad, if only there were a remake… but no one can top that.
