Clyde Shelton (Gerard Butler) is an upstanding family man whose wife and daughter are brutally murdered during a home invasion. When the killers are caught, Nick Rice (Jamie Foxx), a hotshot young Philadelphia prosecutor, is assigned to the case. Over his objections, Nick is forced by his boss to offer one of the suspects a light sentence in exchange for testifying against his accomplice. Fast forward ten years. The man who got away with murder is found dead and Clyde Shelton coolly admits his guilt. Then he issues a warning to Nick: Either fix the flawed justice system that failed his family, or key players in the trial will die. Soon Shelton follows through on his threats, orchestrating from his jail cell a string of spectacularly diabolical assassinations that can be neither predicted nor prevented. Philadelphia is gripped with fear as Sheltons high-profile targets are slain one after another and the authorities are powerless to halt his reign of terror. Only Nick can stop the killing, and to do so he must outwit this brilliant sociopath in a harrowing contest of wills in which even the smallest misstep means death. With his own family now in Sheltons crosshairs, Nick finds himself in a desperate race against time facing a deadly adversary who seems always to be one step ahead. law abiding citizen, jamie foxx, gerard butler, law, justice, lawyer, revenge, vengeance, 300, gamer, ugly truth, ray, the soloist, the kingdom, dreamgirls, miami vice, jarhead, stealth …

@Sober296 Dude I totally agree with you. I wanted that bitch ass lawyer to watch his family die, and then die. The ending was gay as hell. Clyde Shelton (Gerard Butler) shoulda killed everybody, said some cool shit, than walked off into the darkness or something.

Why exactly did Gerald Butler’s character kill his cell mate? Was it to be put in solitary confinement where he had the tunnel ready? Kinda contrived, wouldn’t ya say?
voyeurbill says
Just a thought but instead of Clyde Shelton cutting off all the extremities of that puke…….how about propping his ass up in the air, inserting a very long anal probe hooked up to a machine, put the machine on a veeeeeery long stroke, set to the fastest speed, walk away and let it do it’s thing!! That would be true satisfying justice, don’t ‘cha think?

Excellent post! I am just starting out in community management/marketing media and trying to learn how to do it well – resources like this post are incredibly useful. As our organization is dependent in the US, it?s all a bit new to us. The example above is something that I worry about as well, how to show your own genuine enthusiasm and share the truth that your item is helpful in that case.
