Well, Kinect is made by M$. I don’t put the dollar sign in their name for nothing. That company is corrupt, greedy and produces terrible products. The only reason their stuff sells is because of marketing and the average citizens stupidity.
What happens when a M$ product fails 3 times in a row? People send it back to be repaired, not question the company. Why? Because of marketing.

@parrish001 wii still sold more than ps3 and x360 combined so they’re obviously doing something right. Microsoft and Sony are trying catching up. Yes M$ is corrupt and greedy, I agree with you there but don’t think that Sony is saint, in fact should I put an $ when writing Sony since both my 360 and Ps3 broke once but at least with x360 it was free. And Rrod is fixed, that comment is as dumb as saying ps3 has no exclusives, that would have applied in 2005, but not now.

I never said nor implied Sony was a saint company. Sony had problems with the PS3 for a short time, but the differences between Sony and M$ is, Sony FIXED the problem very quickly. M$ didn’t. There were videos not even one week after the new 360 S came out showing failures.

So now we’re back where we left off. You claim the Kinect is more ‘interactive’ and new, basing it all off of a ball game you played in a store; something the Wii can easily handle along with the Eyetoy, PS Eye and Move.
Have you not realized the PS Eye is capable of what the new, ‘more interactive’ Kinect does? The PS Eye is technology based upon the Eyetoy, same as Kinect. Sony chose to use controllers because it’s more useful and expands game capabilities. Such as FPS.

I have to admit, I’ve been a huge Project Natal/Kinect sceptic ever because it was introduced with that sham Milo walkthrough and an terrible lot of hyperbole. I have been trying to maintain an open mind but the varied rumours which have circulated about space, lighting and multiplayer issues have been a trigger for concern. The advertising choice that Microsoft took to put this within the palms of mainstream journalists and celebrities rather than anybody who actually has expertise and experience writing about gaming was extraordinarily worrying.
