you basically need a screen capture program

Get Snagit. Pause the movie at the desire frame and then capture it with snagit

Or you can get the popular VLC player. It has the built-in screen capture that helps you capture the frame that you want

You can put it in your PC, play it full screen in Windows Media Player, go to the part you wish to screencap, and press "Print Screen" or "PrintScrn" or "Print Sc." on your keyboard. Then go to Paint, press Ctrl+V, save, and you’ve got your image! It might not be the best quality though.

  • What I adore about blogs is that they spark an concept in my brain. When that occurs, I really feel as I need to comment using the hope it might be interesting to some people. Simply because there are lots of blogs and forums with many points of view, they question your comprehension. It is at these moments when you have important insignt other people might not have experienced, together with the blogger him/herself. I find myself coming back again to to your writings only because you have a number of very great insights and also you have been at this a really long time, that is very inspiring and tells me you know your stuff. Maintain triggering imagination in other people!
